Course rules: <\/b>The full training fee must be paid before the course begins; installments and payment in parts are not available. The course begins once the minimum number of participants is reached, an average of 8. A trainee may obtain a full refund of the training fee up to 48 hours before it begins, whereas the fee cannot be refunded once the course has started. Transferring a place to another person is not accepted without management approval, but a trainee may attend the same course with the same instructor at the same branch at a later time within 6 months of the course's start date, at no additional cost even if the fee has changed; the right to join the course lapses after that period. Al Qalam grants the trainee a certificate of participation only after successfully completing the requirements, such as the final project, and attending at least 80% of the training sessions. Al Qalam documents the training with photos and videos and uses them on its social media accounts, in printed materials and elsewhere, for promotion and archiving, without any financial compensation. (You may ask that your face not appear)<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ordering from the store and cancelling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By placing an order for a product or service from our website, you legally enter into a contract in which you have obligations as well as rights, which we set out as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your data<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because the only way to deliver the product or service you ordered is to contact you and know certain details about you, such as your address, email, phone number, and the address to which we will send the item and invoices, you acknowledge and warrant to us:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That you have the legal right to use any credit card, debit card or other payment method you specified in your order, and that all the information you provided to us in this regard is correct and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- We discovered errors in the product description or price<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3- We learned of errors in your order<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4- We suspected fraud or an illegal or unauthorized transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When can you cancel your order?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may return any item or service you buy from our store “only” in accordance with these terms and conditions and our return policy, which we ask you to review to safeguard your rights, as it forms part of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have the full right to cancel your order and return the product if it is delivered in the condition in which you received it, including the product instructions, the accompanying documents and the packaging box. Products that are damaged, or that have been used after opening their packaging and are not in the same condition as before, cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For our part, and out of care for your satisfaction, we will refund you for the returned product no later than 14 days from the day we receive it, using the same payment method you used, and this process costs you nothing and carries no fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product availability and pricing errors<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We constantly update our product offerings to please you, and during this process, due to human factors, our products may be priced incorrectly, described inaccurately, or not be available in stock without our having updated this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case we apologize to you, but because of the large number of our products, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information in our store, including the accuracy of prices, product images, specifications, and whether a product is available or not. Our store reserves the full right to revise product prices at any time before accepting an order, and we may also revise the displayed prices after your order is accepted.
