Refunds
If you received the product
We will assess the returned product, including its return fees (except that you bear the shipping fees), and this applies to:

Any product you received from us by mistake, whether the mistake concerns the product itself, its price, or a delay in its delivery.
If you did not receive the product
You are entitled to a refund for a product you ordered but did not receive if you cancel your purchase order.
Returned items
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning our products to us. When we send a shipping courier to the address you gave us, we do not bear responsibility for any damage to or loss of any part of the product in transit, so we ask you to return the product by post or any secure service. We also cannot refund the money without proof of receipt.
